Welltel maintain dedicated VoIP and ISP infrastructure in two data centres in Dublin which allows us to offer mirrored failover to our clients, ensuring better business continuity and minimum downtime.
Welltel are Voice and Call Recording specialists that design, deploy, manage and support enterprise grade communications, compliance recording and performance management solutions and as the acknowledged expert in call recording, we have become the largest supplier of mission critical Call Recording technologies to the Irish financial services industry.

Ross Murray

Chief Executive

Ross is CEO and co-founder of Welltel and leads the development of the short and long term strategy of the business. Ross has demonstratable results in business growth both in the recent acquisitions by Welltel as well as our organic growth and in his previous venture as owner and director of Taurus Communications for over a decade. Ross has a vast knowledge of the telecoms and connectivity global landscape and is passionate about keeping Welltel in line with worldwide standards to ensure customers get the best solutions for their business with the highest quality support & service to back it up.

JP Crilly

Sales Director - Network & SMB

With 20 years’ experience in the telecoms industry in Ireland, having successful careers in sales with Alphyra (ITG), Cellular 3 and Taurus Communications, JP has been developing and leading the sales department in Welltel since it’s inception. JP now focuses on leading the SMB Sales Team and the Network Services Revenue element of the business. Outside of helping to grow the business, JP would usually be found walking his dog or mountain biking.

Aidan Higgins

Head of Product Development

Aidan has over 30 years experience in the area of telecoms services and infrastructure development and has worked with national and international operators throughout his career. Aidan has worked for Welltel since 2007.

Mark McShane

Chief Operating Officer

Mark joined Welltel in 2017 through the acquisition of ATS Group where he had been working in operations for 18 years. Moving from ATS as Operations Director, Mark is now COO for Welltel holding overall responsibility for the operational function of the business. Mark works closely with all major stakeholders of Welltel, both internal and external to ensure our company runs smoothly and efficiently at a high standard.

Gordon Harris

Enterprise Sales Director

Gordon has over 20 years’ experience in the communications market having started his journey with ITG Group. He leads the Enterprise sales team within Welltel and is responsible for its growth. Gordon has an excellent reputation in the Irish and UK markets and his customer dedication and retention record is second to none.

With nearly 20 years experience in all aspects of the telecommunications world, Wendy brings projects from concept to implementation for our enterprise clients, delivering the most effective solution whatever their requirement.

Lisa has been in the service industry for 19 years, after spending 10 years with Canon Lisa joined Welltel 9 years ago. Lisa has been running the service desk for the last 3 years making improvements all the time to improve our customer service as well as expanding and training the team.

Head of Sales Administration & Marketing

Emily Francis has been a part of the company for 6 years and worked her way up to Head of Sales Administration and Marketing. She has recently led her team to success in winning Avaya’s Marketing Excellence Award 2019. Emily is passionate about client success at all times.

Conor Crowe

Financial Controller

Conor joined Welltel in 2017 as Financial Controller after 7 years working in London for a company also in the technology sector, bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. There he began as an accounts assistant and over time worked his way up to Finance Director of the company. In his spare time Conor is a keen swimmer and the proud owner of 2 Dachshunds, Millie & Lucy.
